Company Policies
Here are a few policies we adopted so you can be aware of, when you start regular cleanings:

Cancellations:
We adopted this policy due to a lot of short notice cancelations which harm us and disorganizes our schedule. If you want to cancel, please let us know in advance. You are allowed to one time cancellation in a year (with advance notice)

Monthly regular cleanings: If you cancel within one week without telling us in advance, for your next month you will be paying an additional of $50. We will be choosing your date for the following month because we will have other regular houses in priority.

Biweekly regular cleanings: If you cancel within one week without telling us in advance, for your next cleaning you will be paying an additional of $30. We will be choosing your date for your biweekly cleaning. Note that you have to do your cleaning twice a month so if you skip a week, we still expect you to do your cleaning the missing week.

Swapping rooms:
We specifically wanted to point out about swapping rooms when we clean your home, with that, any additional room you would like to add it will be an extra. we WILL NOT be swapping rooms in each cleaning. Also, if you would like to include an additional room inform us in advance!

Payments:
We accept cash or check. We expect you to pay us before or after the cleaning. If you intend to do ''Apple Pay'' we expect you to pay on the same day.
Tips are more than welcome so you can send us via Zelle or Chase if you would like.
Products/Equipment:
We use our own products, vacuum and mop. If you have an observation within a product, you can tell us in advance, and we will use the product you prefer.
For clients that use their own products we expect you to buy most of them accordingly to our list, which we will send you in advance. We cannot substitute every product because it will be affecting our quality work and our employee's well-being.
We also use different rags and never repeat them in every house, but if you would like to offer a specific rag we will gladly evaluate and let you know.
Cleaning Process:
We clean with your directions so please be clear with your instructions.
If you would like us to change the bedsheets make sure they will be ready before we arrive.
You can stay at home while we are cleaning but be aware that if we need to clean a room and you are in it we expect you to give space so our employees can clean the environment. If the door is closed and you did not mention anything in advance about the room being occupied, we WILL NOT enter the room neither knock the door (if directions are not received).
If there is a specific direction about cleaning, you would like to make such as cleaning a specific room or object, make sure you tell us in advance! We will not clean if we have a tight schedule if you tell us within a short notice.
We DO NOT clean things such as:

Animal or human feces

Maggots
-
Blood
-
Urine
-
Antiques and specialty items
-
Bug infested homes
-
Hard or dangerous to reach areas.

carpet cleaning (only vacuuming)
